Our mission
Giving children the conditions for a better future.
Education remains one of the most powerful ways to change a life’s course. Yet too many children still learn in difficult conditions: a lack of materials, insufficient facilities, and limited access to educational or social support.
T.E.A.M. acts to strengthen these children’s chances, by supporting projects that are useful, human and lasting.
Our role is not to make promises. Our role is to act, to document, to account for what we do and to build over time.

We support initiatives that improve learning conditions: schools, equipment, supplies, tutoring and educational projects.

Our path
From school supplies to lasting infrastructure
Since its first actions, T.E.A.M. has gradually broadened its commitment. To the distribution of school supplies have been added the rehabilitation of classrooms, the installation of sanitary facilities, the creation of water points and access to solar energy.
This development reflects a simple conviction: to learn and build their future, a child needs equipment, but also a dignified, safe and lasting environment.

Ghana — Jesus Care School
In 2021 and 2022, T.E.A.M. supported Jesus Care School under the programmes Their Future, Our Concern and Hope for Youth, with 220 pupils in each phase.
