OUR MISSION

Acting so that everychild can learnin dignity.

T.E.A.M. supports schools and communities in carrying out concrete educational actions: improving learning spaces, making essential resources easier to reach, and building projects that remain useful over time.

Because a better future begins with learning conditions that are dignified, safe and lasting.

Pourquoi T.E.A.M. existe

Essential needs can remain barely visible or difficult to link to suitable support. T.E.A.M. acts to make these needs understandable and to turn solidarity into useful actions.

Make the needs visible

Understand a situation with the people concerned before defining a response.

Organise solidarity

Connect schools, communities, volunteers, donors, and partners around a clear objective.

Build for the long term

Carry out useful actions, return when it is possible, and gradually improve the way we act.

A useful action begins with listening

Each project starts from the needs expressed by a school or an educational community. T.E.A.M. analyses the situation, mobilises the necessary resources, supports the implementation and draws the useful lessons for what follows.

  1. Listen

Understand the real needs of the establishment and of the people concerned.

  2. Prioriser

Choose an intervention that is useful, realistic and suited to the context.

  3. Mobiliser

Bring together the volunteers, donors, associations, and partners needed.

  4. Agir

Deliver the resources and support the implementation of the planned actions.

  5. Assess and document

Return when it is possible, observe the completed actions, and publish only the verified items.

Our fields of action

Our interventions combine teaching resources, improvement of school spaces, and solidarity mobilisation, according to needs that are actually documented.

Education and teaching resources

Provide and facilitate access to books, supplies, school tools and resources useful for learning.

Infrastructure and learning conditions

Contribute to classrooms, sanitary facilities, water points and suitable equipment when needs are confirmed.

Mobilisation and responsible partnerships

Bring together the people, associations, and partners able to support an intervention clearly and responsibly.

AN ACTION OVER TIME

In Toko, act and then return

In 2016, T.E.A.M. intervenes in Toko on sanitary conditions, school supplies, temporary support for a teacher and access to solar energy. In 2017, the association returns to the field and contributes to the installation of two water points.

Actions rooted in the territories

T.E.A.M. builds its interventions from local realities and from needs documented by the institutions and communities concerned. Each mission is presented with its location, its period, and the items that can be verified.

Build the future, one action after another.

Each school supported, each documented achievement and each partner mobilised contributes to the same ambition: to give children better conditions in which to learn, grow and prepare their future.
