This page explains, simply and carefully, how personal information may be used when you visit the T.E.A.M. website or contact the association.
The controller of personal data linked to the site is the association T.E.A.M. — TOUCHE D’ESPOIR POUR UN AVENIR MEILLEUR.
To exercise your rights, contact T.E.A.M. at: contact@touchedespoir.org.
The T.E.A.M. website does not offer a user account. The Contact page lets you prepare an email and, when server sending is enabled, submit a request by form. Information is provided voluntarily.
It is recommended not to send unnecessary sensitive information in a first message.

Data sent to T.E.A.M. is processed in order to reply to your request, manage the exchanges and, where necessary, meet the applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
The legal basis depends on the context (in particular: processing necessary for pre-contractual steps, or the association’s legitimate interests).
The form sends your name, email, subject and message to the LWS server for processing and forwarding to the association’s contact inbox. No account is created and the message text is not stored in an application database. Technical traces and hosting logs may nevertheless be produced.
The information is used to reply to your request and follow it up. Only authorised people in the association and the technical providers required for hosting and email may access it according to their role. A protected fingerprint of the IP address may be used to limit abusive submissions, without storing message content in those protection files. Emails are kept for the time needed to handle and usefully follow up the request; technical logs follow the hosting provider's retention rules.
Information sent to the association is intended for the people authorised to handle the request within T.E.A.M.
The site is hosted by LWS. Displaying it loads fonts from Google Fonts (Google), which causes the browser to send requests to that third-party service. The “Make a donation” path opens the external HelloAsso site in a new tab: information entered on that platform is covered by the privacy information provided by HelloAsso. Email exchanges go through the email services used by the correspondents. Any other providers will be specified as their use is confirmed.
Information is kept only for the time needed to handle the request and provide useful follow-up. Where a legal obligation applies, the relevant information may be archived for the corresponding period.
T.E.A.M. must document the periods chosen for each category of processing and delete or archive data when keeping it is no longer justified. You can ask for details about your situation at the contact address given above.
At present, T.E.A.M. does not use non-essential cookies on this site. No audience measurement, no marketing pixel and no third-party tracking script is loaded.
No fictitious cookie banner should be displayed. Cookie handling must match how the site actually works.
You can contact T.E.A.M. to ask for information about data concerning you, to ask for it to be corrected or erased or to object to certain uses where that applies.
To make a request, write to: contact@touchedespoir.org.
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and, in some cases, object to the processing of data concerning you.
If you consider that your rights regarding personal data are not being respected, you can contact T.E.A.M. to look for a solution.
If you disagree, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (https://www.cnil.fr/).
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the site, the tools used, the ways of making contact, the documents published or the applicable obligations.
